Hedera is a referral service that connects you with independent local contractors; we do not perform the work. Contractors are independent businesses, not Hedera's employees or agents.
2. No guarantee
We don't guarantee that a contractor will be available, or what their price, quality, timing, licensing, or insurance will be. Please verify registration (Iowa Division of Labor), insurance, and references before you hire, and get a written contract.
3. Information only
Content on this site, including cost estimates, is general information from cited public sources. It is not engineering, legal, or insurance advice, and it is not a quote.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hedera is not liable for any work, advice, or dispute between you and a contractor.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the date above will change.
